As a parent one of the hardest decisions we make is choosing a nursery setting and trusting people to look after our little ones. Ella-Mae joined Treetops in september 2024. And theres no words I can say that praise the nursery enough. The care from each staff member is simply amazing. They Truly get to know your child and the little things which matter. The activites are so well planned and you can see the staffs pride in the work they do. The stay and play sessions are brilliant. Ella-Mae loves nursery and it has truly helped her build such confidence. She is so happy to see the staff and be within the setting. They really do go the extra mile. To see her little face at the end of the day beaming so excited to tell me all the wonderful activities she has done just proves how wonderful this place truly is. Special thanks to Amy for always providing wonderful updates and really getting to know Ella-Mae. Hannah has always been a very key person to Ella-Mae and really helped within the early days. Hey, I just wanted to send a little testimonial as I am very very grateful to how all the staff look after our little boy. I cannot recommend treetops Mulbarton enough! After initially starting our little boy at a different nursery and just not feeling comfortable there we then searched for alternative options and that’s when we came across Treetops and it’s safe to say we’ve never looked back! From day 1 it took our little boy a little while to settle into nursery but the staff were absolutely amazing with updating us and advising what they thought was best in regards to length of settling in sessions etc. We are amazed at all the extra opportunities the nursery provides for the children and we feel the staff at treetops really do go above and beyond when caring for our little ones and we can’t thank them enough! My son started nursery in January 2025. The nursery was taken over by Treetops in September 2025 naturally I was nervous that my son wouldn’t be as settled with the change of ownership, management and additional staff. But he couldn’t be happier he absolutely loves treetops. He plays outside most of the time learning along the way, he enjoys learning how to bake about different cultures, he gets to celebrate various holidays. Treetops and all of the staff go above and beyond to make sure all children get to participate. Any concerns raised are dealt with immediately and professionally. My son has a care plan in place and this has been taken very seriously and gone through with a fine tooth comb, not to mention all staff are first aid trained which makes me feel very reassured. I will most definitely be using Treetops nursery again for my daughter when she is of age. My son will be there until school. THANK YOU to all of the staff at Treetops Attleborough for making my son’s pre school journey safe and enjoyable.

The children always do lot of activity at nursery. They also do some local trips out which my daughter loves going out and about in the local town.
My daughter loves going to treetops and she thrived so much since starting treetops last year.

“Can’t recommend treetops enough my twins started sept 2025 one of my twins has cerebral palsy and brain damage she is very sensitive to new things they have taken the time with her adapt her to things they recommended ehcp for her too, she has a few specialists go in and see her once a month which they accommodate for her. I was very worried about sending her because of her health problems but I haven’t had to worry she loves it. My other twin well what can I say she doesn’t want to come home as she loves it so much she is the happiest little girl ever she has learnt so much going too nursery.

Our two children have attended Treetops from 2023 to 2027 – from the moment we walked in to view the nursery back in 2022 it was clear this is where we’d like our children to be. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and most importantly, the children were happy. Our girls have absolutely loved their time at Treetops – the range of imaginative activities, experiences, support and care is second to none and we cannot thank the staff enough. As parents we continually feel involved in day to day happenings with lots of photos, write ups about what the children have been up to and at end of day handovers. They have frequent stay and play sessions where parents/carers are invited in to the setting which is something we look forward to. To see our child proud to show us around; feeling settled and happy in their care environment is wonderful. We will really miss being apart of Treetops when our youngest starts school in September! This nursery truly cares about the children. Before choosing my child’s nursery, I visited many others and met different staff, but this one completely stood out. I was blown away by how warm and welcoming the team are from the very beginning. My favourite part of the nursery is their creativity — I honestly can’t praise it enough. The variety of activities they offer every day, including cooking clubs, is wonderful and so engaging for the children. The nursery is also always very clean and well maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. By far, this is the best nursery. I don’t even live in the area, but the morning and afternoon drive is absolutely worth it, knowing my child is spending her time in such a caring, creative, and safe environment.

We’ve had our son at Treetops since he was 15 months old and any nerves I had quickly disappeared. The staff have been amazing from day one, always reassuring me about developmental worries, which meant so much as a first-time mum.
