I began my childcare journey 15 years ago when my two little ones started school. I volunteered at their nursery, which ignited my passion for working with children. After achieving my childcare qualifications in 2012, I have enjoyed various roles in the sector. I have developed a strong commitment to supporting children with learning differences, particularly in Early Language. To enhance my skills, I completed my Setting SENDCo training in 2014 and am currently refreshing my knowledge by pursuing my Level 3 qualification. My experience also includes working in a residential children’s home, supporting children with complex learning needs.

This role helped me grow personally and professionally, allowing me to return to the early years sector, where my true passion lies. I take pride in collaborating with parents, empowering them and their children to enjoy a positive learning experience in a nurturing environment. I absolutely love my role as manager of Treetops Easton, where I am fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible team of practitioners, along with supportive owners and directors. Together, we create a welcoming space that fosters growth and development for every child
