To keep you connected with your child’s experiences, we use the Famly online system. Famly allows you to view and comment on your child’s daily activities at Treetops Nursery, including updates, photos, videos, and milestone overviews. You’ll also receive important notifications about upcoming events, invoices, and incident reports, and can reach us easily through the app’s live chat feature.

We welcome children aged 1–4 (admissions from age 2 at Attleborough and Easton). There are no sign-up or holding fees. Our nursery is committed to a welcoming, inclusive environment that values diversity and treats everyone fairly, regardless of background or ability.
At Treetops, you can choose a morning session (starting at 8am, 8:30am, or 9am) or an afternoon session (from 12pm to 3pm, 3:30pm, or 4pm). If you’d like your child to stay all day, simply select any morning and afternoon session – your child will move smoothly from one to the next.
If you need extra hours or aren’t using government funding, our hourly rates are:
- 1-year-olds: £8.50 per hour
- 2–3-year-olds: £7.00 per hour
- 3-year-olds: £5.50 per hour
Fees are paid monthly and you will receive an invoice each month via our Famly application.
To ensure your child benefits from our unique, high-quality services that go beyond the standard Early Years Foundation Stage, Treetops applies a small number of voluntary additional charges. These contributions help us provide enhanced experiences and activities for your family, supporting your child’s development and enriching their time with us. This is why many of our families choose Treetops Nursery.

- None food consumables – £0.10 per session
- Optional Services and Activities – £0.85 per session

Treetops accepts all government funding, which can be used for any session. You’ll complete a funding form when joining, and we’re happy to help.
- Children aged 3+ receive 15 hours of free childcare.
- Working Family Funding: 9 months+ up to 30 hours if eligible.
- 2-year-old funding: 15 hours if eligible for support.

Treetops Nursery encourages healthy eating and drinking habits. Fresh water is always accessible, and we recommend that children bring a labelled water bottle. Milk is provided at snack times, along with a variety of fresh fruits, including new and exotic options. For lunch, please supply a healthy packed meal. Further details will be provided during your visit.
Uniforms are optional and available to purchase, including T-shirts, jumpers, hats, and rucksacks. We love to encourage messy and creative play, both indoors and outdoors, so please dress your child in clothes you’re happy for them to get a little messy. If you’d like a uniform, just let us know—we’re always happy to help.

Should you choose to join us, we will agree on a start date and schedule an ‘All About Me’ session. This session helps us understand your child’s preferences, health needs, and your expectations, ensuring a smooth transition into our nursery community.
